2015 Lincoln Navigator Performance
The EcoBoost V6 engine is more efficient and powerful per cubic inch than conventional engines. This explains the 2015 Navigator best-in-class towing capacity of 9,000 lbs. The six-speed automatic provides tow/haul mode to prevent speedup when towing downhill and slowdown when ascending. The transmission operates in two modes: in Progressive Range Select, you can lock out overdrive and limit the range of gears to tame hilly terrain, while Full Manual gives you complete control over the entire gearbox. Trailer Sway Control teams with Traction Control to watch over the SUV's motion. Control Trac 4WD boosts traction on slick ground and enhances handling when the roads are dry.Â
Interior For drivers and passengers that love leather, Navigator offers premium, non-chrome Geneva leather seating that speaks beauty and luxury. The leather is supplely soft and grained, and Del Rio leather is available for an even higher level of extravagance, as are the fine wood inlays. The front seats are heated and cooled in six settings for all-year comfort. Third-row occupants are cocooned in PowerFold 60/40 split bench seating for three that, like the second row, folds flat thanks to the design of the multi-link independent rear suspension.
