Safety In addition to its long list of standard safety features designed to keep you safe at all times, the 2015 Subaru Forester is also equipped with Vehicle Dynamics Control. VDC uses sensors to monitor the speed of each wheel, your steering angle, brake pressure, and lateral g-forces. If it detects any change between your intended path and the one you're headed toward, VDC will apply the brakes or reduce your engine torque to help protect you from losing control of the vehicle. Â It also incorporates an all-wheel, all-speed traction control system that senses when you lose traction on rough roads or during extreme weather conditions. |
